Our Healthy Baby Connection program can make a huge difference, stepping in to fill necessary gaps in care like transportation, resources, and provider referrals to help new parents to effectively care for themselves and their mental health. Our team of Licensed Social Workers and Registered Nurses meet with members, listen to their concerns, screen for depression and anxiety, and provide resources for mental health support.

Recently, Univera Healthcare employees used their paid volunteer time off to help in the warehouse at Every Bottom Covered, Western New York’s diaper bank. Similar to a food bank, a diaper bank collects and distributes diapers, wipes, other baby-related items and basic hygiene supplies to low-income families in underserved communities.
