Its premiums are as low as $0/month or $20/month for eligible individuals based on household size and income. The Essential Plan is available only on the NY State of Health Marketplace.
  • FREE preventive care like routine doctor exams, screenings, and well-child visits to keep you and your family healthy.
  • No deductible, so the plan starts paying for your health care right away.
